The Pussy Pincher will not be bad at first but as your lips and clit fill with blood you will start to go nuts. You will be amazed at how big your lips and clit can get after time passes. They can get as much as 8 times bigger if you can stand to have it on that long. I rate this a 10. I like anything to do with swelling my clit up. We had a few customers say they did not like it. If you have smaller lips to start with it will not be able to pinch them hard enough to get them to swell. (I still like it.)
