The Nipple Clamps for Pros set can cause damage if not used correctly. The harder the strings are pulled the harder they clamp. This is not a set for a person that jumps around... but, If they do jump around they will stop it fast. I rate them a 10++. This is the set I use the most. I also like the way the get tighter when you pull harder.
